Developed by Institute of Critical Care Medicine in 2018 and organized every year as onsite/online, is available now as Online/Hybrid self- paced training module in Tropical Infections.
Course Duration: 3 months
Course Objective:
- Select appropriate test for Acute Undifferentiated fever with the aim to diagnose and manage tropical infection effectively.
- Will be able to resuscitate nonbacterial sepsis (Tropical Sepsis & Shock) as per the evolving literature.
- Identify & treat missed Complications of Tropical infections including HLH and ARDS.
- Improve outcomes in Critically ill patients with Tropical Infections including special population i.e. Pregnancy, Comorbidity.
Course Learning Outcomes:
Acquire and enhance skills to diagnose and manage Tropical infection effectively, Provide Updates on current diagnostic and treatment algorithms in Critically ill tropical patients with direct insight into application in Clinical Practice.
