Course Overview

The Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine, offered by Max Institute of Medical Education (MIME), co-accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPSG) UK, is an interdisciplinary programme designed to integrate clinical geriatric medicine with healthcare management.  Learning Outcomes

By the end of the Fellowship, candidates will be able to:

  • Diagnose and manage geriatric medicine-specific conditions, from dementia and frailty to polypharmacy
  • Apply standardised geriatric assessment tools in real clinical settings
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered elder care
  • Design and manage age-friendly health systems, from hospitals to home care
  • Navigate India's ageing policy and legal landscape with clinical and ethical competence
