Course objective

To enhance/ acquire skills and knowledge to work in the ICU.

Learning Outcomes of the Course
  • After completion of Fellowship, student should be able to assess, triage and stabilise the Critically ill patients and manage peri-arrest and Cardiac arrest situations.
  • Perform basic critical care procedures.
  • Describe infection control practices as relevant to ICU setting 
  • Perform appropriate documentation of care given to ICU patients.
  • Self-paced learning
  • Interactive face to face hands-on training will be provided to the candidates in the critical care unit under the direct supervision of our experienced faculty.
  • During the face to face interaction, fellows will be trained in ICU equipment’s including troubleshooting.

Evaluations and Grading

Evaluation will be based on objective assessment by MCQs at the end of the course

Certification
