The Fellowship in Healthcare Quality Management is designed to provide students with advanced expertise in quality and safety. This program transcends theoretical learning, empowering students to understand quality, identify challenges, devise effective solutions, and successfully implement them.

The curriculum blends theoretical knowledge with online self-paced modules, live sessions, onsite experience and also offers opportunities for fellows to publish papers/articles, and undertake research projects. Fellows of the program will emerge with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare quality management, practical experience in leading quality improvement initiatives, and the skills needed to influence  healthcare policy and practice.

Particulars : Accreditation Standards in Healthcare: NABH & JCI 

Objective : 

• To provide comprehensive knowledge and practical understanding of hospital accreditation systems, with a focus on NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) and JCI (Joint Commission International) standards. 
• To develop competencies in implementing, managing, and evaluating quality and safety protocols in healthcare institutions, in alignment with national and international accreditation frameworks.
• To develop proficiency in conducting internal assessments and audits in healthcare organizations.

Particulars : Leadership Skills,Strategic Management and Reseach Project

Objective : 

• Explain and evaluate various leadership theories and styles, using case study analysis to assess real-world examples and conduct SWOT analysis of leadership styles in managing hospital teams and operations.
• Develop strategic plans by analyzing successful real-world hospital strategies and implement and monitor strategic initiatives in a simulated hospital environment.
• Understand financial principles by reviewing financial statements and reports from real-world hospitals and develop financial management skills through simulation of financial decision-making processes.
