Course Objective
The aim of the course is to impart basic medical knowledge, patient care, dialysis machines and dialysis process. On completion of the course the candidate will have complete knowledge about dialysis and will be able to manage patient, trouble shooting of machines and organize and run the dialysis unit with skill.

Who can Enroll
Candidates belonging to all categories for admission should have passed the minimum education qualification is 12th science/commerce/arts or equivalent schooling from recognized or University with any subjects with minimum of 45% marks pass in all subjects

- Details about RO plant & water composition used in dialysis
- Haemodialysis: Initiation of Haemodialysis, Haemodialysis Apparatus, Vascular access for Haemodialysis, Acute Haemodialysis prescription, Chronic Haemodialysis prescription, Complication during Haemodialysis.
- Haemodialysis Machine: Working Principles and maintenance (indications, detail procedure, pre & post procedure care, interaction with patients)

NEPHROLOGY DISEASES, CAUSES & MANAGEMENT

Evaluations and Grading
- A candidate is declared passed in an examination in a subject, if he/she secures 40% of marks in theory and 40% in practical separately, will be placed in division as under :
- 75% : Distinction
- 60-74.9% : I st Division
- 50- 59.9 % : 2nd Division
- 40-49.9% : Pass
Certification
Successful candidates will be awarded a certificate by Max Institute of Medical Education.
